PKO Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych was founded in mid-1997 by PKO Bank Polski and the Swiss financial group Credit Suisse. The units of the PKO investment fund were first offered for sale on 9 October 1997.

Throughout over 10 years of its operation, PKO TFI has greatly expanded its product range and fund distribution network, earning investors trust. Today, PKO TFI manages assets of over half a million Customers. The Company offers over 20 various types of funds and investment schemes, available via its extensive distribution network across Poland. In terms of the value of assets under management, PKO TFI is the leading investment fund company on the Polish market.
