PKO Treasury – Open-end Investment Fund

PKO Treasury invests mainly in debt securities issued, underwritten or guaranteed by the State Treasury. The possibility of withdrawing the invested funds at any time during the period of investment is an unconstrained and efficient way of managing your cash.

Description of the Fund

The Fund aims at increasing the asset value as a result of the growth in the value of the allocations. The Fund’s advantage consist in the combination of the strengths of a bank deposit and of a current account, as it is possible to withdraw the invested funds without forfeiting the generated returns and without any additional charges.

Investor profile

The PKO Treasury Open-end Investment Fund is directed at customers who:

  • wish to invest their savings and financial surplus for a period of at least one year;
  • expect to maintain the purchasing value of their savings;
  • do not accept high value fluctuations of their investments;
  • pursue their own business and are looking for an attractive and active method of financial surplus allocation.

Investment policy

The Fund allocates its assets primarily in debt securities and other property rights consisting in cash receivables, including money market instruments, with an average weighted period of redemption not exceeding 2 years. The Fund’s assets may be invested e.g. in debt securities issued, underwritten or guaranteed by the State Treasury or the National Bank of Poland and in debt instruments of other issuers.




Fees and total costs

Handling fee discounts are granted on the basis of the total value of cash accumulated by the participant in all PKO funds.

Direct payments may be made to persons holding at least one active register in PKO funds.

  • INDIVIDUAL CHOICE OF SAVINGS MODE – you may invest in individual PKO funds or use special investment schemes. Accumulated assets may also be used as collateral for loans and credits.
  • SECURITY – PKO investment funds are subject to legal regulations ensuring high security of the invested assets. The fund participants remain exclusive holders of the cash accumulated in the fund.
