Tomasz Pietrusewicz has over 20 years of experience in managing equity portfolios of global and European companies. His expertise spans portfolio management, participation in investment committees, and collaboration with analytical and operational teams. Tomasz combines a top-down approach with fundamental analysis and focuses on a long-term, sustainable investment strategy.

He began his career in Dublin in 2006 at Zurich Life, where he progressed through a series of roles from Investment Analyst/Dealer to Equity Portfolio Manager and ultimately Director of the European Equities Department. For four years as Department Director, he was responsible for a team managing European equity portfolios. He built this team from the ground up, which was not only a valuable professional experience but also a reflection of the management’s trust in his capabilities.

In years 2022-2025, he has worked as a Portfolio Manager at Inter Fund Management (IKEA Foundation), one of the largest family offices in Luxembourg. There, he focused on professionalizing investment management processes and was responsible for a large portfolio of global equities.

He graduated from the Poznań University of Economics in 2008 with a degree in Finance and Banking, specializing in Business Insurance. He completed his studies through an individual program while working in Dublin. He holds the CFA Level I certification.

Tomasz has received multiple awards for his strong investment performance, including the "Best Life Pension and Investment Company" award from Chambers Ireland and the "Investment Excellence Award" from Brokers Ireland in 2019.
