A graduate from the Catholic University of Lublin, Lublin University of Technology, and University of Illinois, USA. A Master of Business Administration.
An economist and experienced manager. In the years 2007-2013, he was the CEO of the Port Lotniczy Lublin S.A. During this time, the company completed the biggest in the Lublin voivodship and the first such extensive project in Poland after 1989: construction and commissioning of an international airport in Lublin. In 2016, he was a Member of the Managing Board with responsibility for investments at PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. Then he was a Member of the Board at BGK Nieruchomości S.A. a Vice President of PFR Nieruchomości S.A. and the plenipotentiary for the establishment of the National Property Resource. A Member of the Supervisory Board of PKP S.A. The CEO at JSW Innowacje S.A. in the years 2020-2022.
During his term at BGK Nieruchomości S.A. and PFR Nieruchomości S.A., he managed two investment funds: “Fundusz Mieszkań na Wynajem” [apartments for rent] and “Fundusz Mieszkań dla Rozwoju” [apartments for growth]; he was also the Chairman of the Investment Committee at PFR Nieruchomości SA.
From 30 September 2022 to 7 December 2022 he was a Vice-President of the Management Board of PKO TFI. Since 7 December 2022, he has been holding the position of President of the Management Board of PKO TFI.
