Grzegorz Chłopek has more than 28 years of experience in the capital market. His adventure began in 1994, when he worked as a stockbroker at Bank Gdański Brokerage House. He spent more than 21 years working for Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne (Pension Fund Management Company), following a career path from Senior Investment Specialist through Deputy Director and Director of the Investment Department (in this capacity, he was responsible for the company’s investments for many years) to Management Board member (from February 2004). From 2012 to 31 March 2020 he was CEO of Nationale-Nederlanden PTE. In that time, NN PTE climbed from third to first position and became the largest pension fund management company on the Polish market and the largest institutional investor on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, with a share of almost 6% of the total value of Polish companies listed on the WSE.

On 1 June 2020, he became Managing Director of iWealth Management. He developed the company’s operations in the affluent customer and institutional customer segments, while supporting the free of charge investment advisory services for its customers.

He was a member of the Supervisory Board of PKO Bank Polski in the years 2020–2022 and of PA NOVA in the years 2021–2022. He became Vice-President of the Management Board of PKO TFI on 28 October 2022. From April 28 to June 14, 2023, he managed the work of the Management Board of PKO TFI.

He has the prestigious title of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a stockbroker’s licence (no. 432). He is a graduate of the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology of the Warsaw University of Technology with a degree in computer science.
