Rafał Madej is a manager with 30 years of experience in the banking and investment sector. So far, he acted as Director of the Investment Products Department and Director of the Private Banking Centre at PKO Bank Polski, where he managed the network of private banking branches and the offer of deposit, insurance and investment products. He developed and implemented the Bank's strategy in the area of savings and investment offer and the advisory model. Previously, Rafał Madej was Director of the Key Account Department at PKO TFI S.A. During his professional career in the financial sector, he developed and implemented strategies in the area of savings and investment offer, developed advisory competencies in the distribution network, product offers, managed sales and marketing activities, and cooperated with institutional clients.
Rafał was initially trained in Law and later completed MBA studies in the field of management and “Investment Academy – Business School” postgraduate studies at the Warsaw University of Technology.
