Andrzej Zajko is a graduate of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. He has 25 years of professional experience in the field of capital market and banking. He started his professional career in 1994 in Bank Pekao S.A. and subsequently worked in the Central Brokerage Office of Bank Pekao S.A., where, having obtained a Securities Broker License, in 1996–2000 he worked as a stockbroker.

Subsequently, he was employed as Head of the Transaction Services Team and Deputy Director of the Retail Services Department, also responsible for the Stock Exchange Market Team.

From February 2004 to December 2007, he was Head of the Stock Exchange Investment Department and supervised a network of stockbrokers serving the most active retail clients in cooperation with Private Banking.

In December 2007 he was appointed Managing Director of the Individual Clients Division at CDM Pekao SA, where he also supervised the Remote and Electronic Services Department.

Since 1 October 2010 he has been Deputy Director of PKO Bank Polski Brokerage House for Individual Clients.

Since February 2018 he has additionally held the position of Deputy Director of the Private Banking Office.

In May 2018 he was appointed to the Council of the Foundation for Financial Advisory Standards EFPA Poland.

In October 2018 he graduated from the Executive MBA managerial studies (University of Gdańsk/RSM Erasmus University/GFKM)
